Magic Industries, in short, is a precision CNC machine shop. However, they specialize in oilfield parts and also rebuild oilfield equipment. They've been in the industry for awhile and have a great leadership team in the company. They reached out to us for a website redesign and an extension of functionality so users could shop their catalog online to request quotes that get sent directly to the sales team. They also list their used & rebuilt oilfield equipment online and we still work with them today to market their website on Google.

Being a leader in the industrial CNC machining industry. We wanted to produce a user interface that reflected that. We focused on precision using clean lines, bold colors, and larger text.


The team at Magic wanted an innovative way to collect leads and engage their target market. We set them up with a WooCommerce based catalog that they can update in a user-friendly way. The WooCommerce site has been converted to a catalog and instead of adding to a cart and going through a checkout process, we set them up with a Request a Quote feature that uses a Quote List and a form to request the quotes for their items. This let’s them manage pricing points for items that constantly fluctuate based on demand and material cost. These leads get sent to their sales team via email and they also have special access to the WordPress dashboard to review and sent invoices directly through the system and receive payment digitally.


We have been working with Magic on their digital advertising strategy to boost sales and gain market share in certain industries, primarily the oilfield parts and service. We currently operate in Google Adwords and track their data with Google Analytics and Tag Manager. We manage strategy, keywords and bidding strategy to maximize their leads and conversions. Numbers?
